When baby Alice was born, Olivia, her sister, would not want to share her with visitors and family. "She was my doll! No one else could play with her!" She thought. But Dad had a wonderful idea: to find Olivia a beautiful puppy as a way to stop her from being so jealous. It so happens that baby Alice also falls in love with Petit, the rescued puppy! Both girls and their grandma Lydia will invent special, magical places and games such as Petitland where every child can play forever.

As Alice grows and has a hard time developing her social skills at school, it will be Petit´s turn to come and rescue her.
